An office designed for a changing world

We transformed our own office into a space that reflects who we are, with a design that inspires pride and promotes wellbeing.

Key features

  • Bespoke hospitality inspired finishes
  • Refurbished entrance and breakout space
  • Multifaith sanctuary room
  • Refreshed meeting rooms with Teams integration
  • Variety of pods for focused work and calls

We wanted to create a workplace for our Bracknell team that matched the standard we set for our clients’ spaces, with a visual wow factor that supports wellbeing, offers a variety of work settings and encourages positive working relationships. Many clients visit us when they’re considering redesigning their own workspaces, so our office needed to showcase what’s possible.

Building on a strong foundation

This redesign builds on the success of our previous Bracknell office refurbishment, which reimagined the role of our workplace in a post pandemic world. That transformation focused on wellbeing, flexibility and collaboration, with biophilic design, sit/stand desks and a variety of energy zones to suit different working styles. It also introduced our Studio, a creative hub and showroom for clients and achieved SKA Gold for its low carbon fit out.

The 2025 redesign takes those principles further, adding more choice, bringing in the latest workplace trends and making sure wellbeing and inclusivity were front and centre. It’s a natural next step in our journey to create a destination workplace that reflects our values and supports our people.

A versatile, inclusive space for work and wellbeing

The entrance has been fully reimagined into a welcoming hub with a tea point and spaces for informal catch ups and solo focused work, as well as socialising over lunch. This leads onto a dynamic breakout space, featuring a mix of seating options, a plush velvet burgundy L-shaped sofa and bespoke curved banquette seating. The breakout zone now includes a games area featuring a Nintendo Switch, shuffleboard table and arcade machine to encourage relaxation and connection throughout the day.

Meeting rooms were refreshed and new ones were created to offer a variety of sizes. All are fully set up for Teams video calls, and the largest room has a sliding wall so it can be adapted for different uses. Pods have also been introduced for focused work, quick calls or small meetings. A new sanctuary room has been created to support wellbeing and inclusivity, offering a quiet space for reflection or privacy when needed.

A space that reflects our values

The result is a workplace that we’re proud to work in and proud to show our clients. When visitors say, “I want an office like this,” we know it’s a job well done.

The space includes a long white L-shaped sectional sofa arranged around a central coffee table, flanked by two red chairs and two small round tables, one red and one white.
